From the Twins series. This sculpture explores the relationship with one’s own darker or more vulnerable side. The figure appears to be falling, suspended between losing control and being caught — but the one who is ready to hold it is not someone else. It is oneself.
The fall becomes a gesture of acceptance: allowing the rejected, fragile, imperfect part of ourselves to exist without trying to suppress it. The distorted body represents an inner self that may feel unfamiliar or difficult to accept, yet remains an inseparable part of who we are.
“Fall. I’m ready to hold you.” becomes a dialogue with oneself — an act of self-trust, acceptance, and reconciliation with the parts we usually try to hide.
