- Fading Magnolia
Original artwork description
In this painting, I wanted to capture a magnolia blossom at the end of its blooming cycle. Instead of the perfect, fresh flower, I was drawn to the complex textures, deep earthy colors, and shapes that appear as the petals begin to wither. For me, this stage of nature has its own character and honest beauty, which I tried to show through careful botanical detail.
