Evening Light, Desert (2026) Original Oil Painting by Suren Nersisyan

Inspired by the desert at the end of the day, this painting captures the changing colors of evening as warm light moves across distant mountains and open land. Deep reds, violets, rust tones and turquoise greens create a rich contrast, while expressive, textured brushstrokes give the landscape a sense of movement and atmosphere. The painting focuses less on literal detail and more on the rhythm, color and emotional energy of the desert as daylight begins to fade.
Painted on oil-primed canvas, stretched on wooden bars and wired from the back for easy display.
