In "Encounter," I capture the silent tension and unspoken bond when two different worlds collide. I painted a man in structured, elegant urban attire alongside a woman in a loose green hoodie, projecting raw vulnerability. Visually and stylistically, they seem mismatched, yet they share a profound, wordless communication where mutual presence replaces direct interaction. Standing against a minimalist landscape of ochre, red, and vibrant green fields, their physical distance is bridged by a harmonious compositional balance. Through clean lines and interacting color blocks—vibrant purple and bold green—I wanted to show that despite their contrasting life paths and the underlying psychological friction, an intense, inescapable cohesion inherently binds them together.
