This oil painting captures the raw beauty of the Dutch North Sea coast, a landscape I’ve intimately known for over four decades. The composition embodies the extraordinary sense of vastness found along these shores, where even in summer, one can discover pristine stretches of beach that extend for kilometers.
The painting portrays that magical moment when the summer sun reaches its zenith, bathing the scene in brilliant light.
