Original artwork description:

From works that feature fascinating, and somewhat dangerous, women characters in film and dramas.
This painting was inspired by the character Wednesday Addams played by Jenna Ortega in 'Wednesday', Tim Burton's supernatural mystery comedy horror.
Painted in strong atmospheric colour, Sal captures the expression and mood of the subject. The painting is framed in a simple black tray frame.

Using subjects that she has sourced from cinema and popular culture Sal creates works that explore human reaction and empathy on a personal level. Her work investigates our love of the dramatic, focusing on scenes of questioning, love, betrayal, and power-play; along with titles originating from dialogue, they invite the viewer to share and empathise with this inner world of familiar strangers.

The painting is shipped framed and ready to hang with fixtures on the back of the frame (the frame can be removed if required, the edges of the deep canvas are painted dark to suit the background of the image). It is signed on the back of the canvas. Paintings are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number.
