Original artwork description:

I made this work on a canvas, I treated the background by superimposing several layers of colour to obtain a unique and animated atmosphere, I traced the outline of the painting with chalk and only then did I start painting with oil colours.

I use oil paint by superimposing many thin layers of thinner colours to create the effects I want.

I have depicted six old kitchen objects, a coffee pot, an aluminium kettle and three painted tin cups, all joined together by a wire.


When I look at this work I imagine that the smallest cup drags all the other objects into the magic of flight, its strength is breathtaking!
I have taken these objects out of their context and placed them in the magical dimension of flight!


SOSPESI (SUSPENDED) is the series I started to paint in 2022, with which I wish to reflect on the suspended moments that life places before us and, through art, overcome the barrier of time, to give value to each instant.

The work is unframed to create an even greater sense of flight.

The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
