I was inspired by the fleeting moment when the setting sun bathes the mountains in crimson light, mirrored by the quiet lake below. Through expressive and simplified brushwork, I sought to capture the changing rhythm of light and reveal both the grandeur and tranquility of nature.
I used varied paint textures and energetic brushstrokes, balancing warm oranges, crimson hues, and deep greens to emphasize the changing light. Reflections in the water enhance both the depth and the rhythmic flow of the composition.
