I couldn't help myself. Mountains of paperwork and assorted other things around the house need to be done... but I've got this image in my mind. I can't shift it. How am I supposed to do my accounts or fix that window, if all I can think about this portrait that's stuck in my head. If I don't paint this now, my head will explode and then nothing will ever be done...
Sometimes you just have to paint. Full stop.
