Citrus Evening (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Molly Brin

Citrus Evening

Acrylic, acrylic markers on stretched canvas, 50 × 50 cm

This original acrylic painting captures a playful and refreshing still life filled with the vibrant energy of summer. Two elegant cocktail glasses, one glowing with citrus yellow and the other with soft pink, are surrounded by fresh lemons, lime, and delicate green foliage. A small bumblebee adds a charming touch of movement and brings the composition to life.

The combination of sunny yellow, vivid pink, fresh green, and deep navy creates a cheerful yet sophisticated color palette. Decorative dotted details add rhythm and texture, while the simplified forms and bold outlines give the painting a contemporary, slightly whimsical character.

Inspired by warm summer evenings, fresh citrus flavors, and the simple pleasure of enjoying a beautiful drink, Citrus Evening is an uplifting statement piece that brings color and a relaxed Mediterranean feeling to an interior.

The painting is an excellent gift for any occasion: New Year's, Christmas, or a Birthday.
