Burnt Sky (2025) Original Acrylic Painting by Andy Taylor

100 x 100 x 2cm (unframed) / 100 x 100cm (actual image size)

£1,500

Burnt Sky started with the sky itself this summer, white heat pushing through colour until it felt like it might split open. Then came the Yorkshire Dales in autumn, moorland burning slow and low across the hills. I carry both. I am red first, the kind that swallows everything before dark gets a chance to, with one patch of white heat still holding on inside me, refusing to cool.
