The work explores the interaction of line, colour, and space. The white line disrupts the continuity of the colour field and guides the eye between opposite edges of the canvas.
The vivid turquoise field becomes an active space in which the scale and direction of the form shift. The relationship between the larger fragments and the slender line creates an internal rhythm and maintains a delicate balance between form and the surrounding empty space.
The painting is made with acrylic on canvas. The artwork measures 54 х 65 cm, with a depth of 2 cm, and is sealed with a protective varnish. It will be shipped ready to hang, securely packed in a cardboard box.
