Boundary - Graffiti Abstract (2019) Original Mixed-media Painting by Bohdan Svyrydov
45 x 50 x 2cm (unframed)
£690.72
Original artwork description
Boundary is a small street art inspired mixed-media painting on canvas, created with acrylic and alcohol-based graffiti ink in pale pink, deep blue, dark blue and bright yellow tones. This contemporary artwork combines expressive line drawing, mask-like faces, eyes, symbols, dripping paint and abstract composition, making it a strong small statement piece for a modern interior, studio, hallway, office or creative workspace.
The painting is built as a dense field of faces and signs. Thick deep blue lines move across the soft pink surface like graffiti marks on a wall, forming abstract heads, eyes, circular shapes and coded symbols. Bright yellow areas cut through the composition, adding rhythm, contrast and tension.
This is not a traditional portrait or a literal figurative scene. Instead, the work sits between street art, graffiti painting, symbolic drawing and abstract art. The faces and signs feel fragmented, unstable and partially hidden, creating a sense of visual conflict, communication and psychological pressure.
Drips of blue, dark blue and yellow ink give the surface movement and an urban wall quality. The compact format makes the work easy to place in a hallway, studio, office, reading corner, gallery wall or contemporary living space. Sold unframed. Signed on the back.
