Beilstein, Germany (2024) Original Acrylic Painting by Jos Coufreur

I spent a few days in Cochem along the Mosel River in Germany last year. We took a cruise down the river to the small village of Beilstein, also called “the Sleeping Beauty of the Mosel River”
There are plenty of half-timbered houses from the 17th through 19th centuries, all decorated with colourful geraniums in hanging pots. And of course lots of shops, restaurants and cafes to have some typical German foods.

Painted in my colourful style, with big brushes and bold, loose brush strokes.

This is a very large painting and will make a statement in your home or boardroom.
