Been tending (2024) Original Watercolour by Anisony Studios

This work was inspired by trip to North Wales earlier this year and references some plein air paintings I made in the Ogwen valley.
By internally parsing the original capture of the landscape it can then be expressed in an intentionally fractured state but designed to reveal an even greater truth from the wild and rugged scenery.

All the works are produced using the highest quality materials, the medium is Saunders Waterford 140lb 100% cotton paper and the pigments are professional Winsor & Newton or Holbein lightfast paint.
