Most people have heard of Stonehenge but another rock formation can be found in the Devon countryside up in the hills of Dartmoor National Park. Just like Stonehenge there are many theories as to who built it and what was its purpose which only adds to the mystery and intrigue of Spinsters Rock. In this painting it stands in the moonlight casting its eerie image across the hills beyond. Oil on canvas.
