Inspired by the fragile shell of the argonaut, this painting traces a journey from potential into presence. The transformation happens quietly, almost imperceptibly, until it becomes impossible to separate the beginning from what has already become. The left side holds the uncertainty of emergence; the right becomes more articulated, as if life is gradually finding its form.

At the centre, a narrow passage connects these two states — the quiet threshold where becoming takes place. Like the argonaut drifting through the sea with its delicate shelter, the work speaks of transformation, vulnerability, and the forms that carry us while we are still becoming.
