Original artwork description
Adel 4 is a one of a kind, original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint on 5 mil laminated Dura-Lar artist mylar film. I have stayed with my usual pallet of warm “earthy” colors.
Representing the human body has been one of the major themes throughout art history since prehistoric times.
This is one of a series that I am working on depicting females in various poses and showing a variety of expressions. From Di Vinci’s Mona Lisa to Warhol’s Marilyn, more works of art have focused on the female than any other subject, and for good reason. For this particular work, the female figure becomes the dominant theme.
The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
I will include a hanging strip and a “monkey hook” for easy attachment to your wall.
