A contemporary abstract bronze of two intertwined human forms, their bodies merging into a single sculptural mass of curves, voids, and overlapping volumes. An open aperture at the centre draws the eye through the work, giving weight and movement equal play. A warm bronze patina, deepening to near-bronze-black in the recesses and rising to soft golden highlights along the polished edges, lends the piece a quiet, sensual presence. The composition reads differently from every angle — an embrace, a knot, a meeting of two into one.
Cast in bronze using the lost-wax method and mounted on an integrated rectangular bronze base, the work is signed by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Made to order — a hand-cast, limited piece rather than a stock object.
