This painting is part of the series “Small figures” and shows two elements which dialogue on a bright yellow background. The look of the girl and her position reminds me a squirrel took by surprise while trying to catch a nut, so I decided to name the artwork “A squirrel”. I added a flowery branch of a cherry tree to underline the idea, painting both elements taking extreme care on details.

“A squirrel” is a 30x40cm oil on linen painting, stretched on a supported wooden frame and ready to hang.
