I started life out as a graphic designer. After 10 years of designing I retrained as an interior designer. I started my own business and ran it successfully for 22 years. I painted when I was younger and have dabbled along the way but never seriously. I closed down my interiors business just before Covid and decided to paint full time. It has been a really interesting journey and I have surprised myself at how far I have come. My work is a culmination of my past careers.  My love of graphics, typography, colour, fabrics and pattern inspire me to create vibrant and expressive paintings. I am always thinking of how to improve my work and my next painting....
