Hi!
I started drawing at an early age. My brother and I would ask our mother to draw things for us, as we wanted pictures of the things that we liked; eventually we grew impatient and started drawing them ourselves. Making art and being an artist is baked into nature; if I find something compelling, I want to reach out, grab hold of it, and make it my own through painting.
My recent work has a decidedly psychological character: I'm focused on describing subtle and strange states in the characters that I paint. I hope you enjoy it!
