  • Biography

Welcome to my Artfinder Collection. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.

I am a professional artist with a classical academic background. My art is focused on observation of people’s lives. Often I paint still lifes to show the world, in which they live, the objects that surround them.

There are many different things that I find extremely interesting in painting: colour, shape, form, different art techniques. But the most precious moment for me is when you discover something you haven’t noticed before in very usual simple things and show it in your artworks. I use traditional oil painting techniques on canvas for my artworks. In my opinion, these techniques still give the widest range of creative opportunities for artists. The best source of inspiration for me is to observe and paint from life. Real-life scenes and compositions motivate me to work and create.

I have never met an artist, even with the most progressive vision, who wouldn’t draw inspiration from the art of the old masters. I am no different. Wherever I travel, I always visit museums, exhibitions and the places that are somehow connected with the life of the old masters.

Painting is not only my profession but also my lifestyle
