Elizabeth is an award-winning Vancouver-born American painter with a notable artistic pedigree. Coming from a multigenerational family of artists, Elizabeth has been surrounded by creativity her entire life, with family members skilled in kimono design, Japanese ceramics, classic wooden yacht design, culinary arts, photography, painting, writing, and poetry.

Elizabeth honed her skills at The Art Students League of New York and has been the leading artist of the 90-member Fairfield County Plein Air Painters since 2017. She is a passionate plein air painting enthusiast who is constantly pushing the boundaries of her craft. Her recent illustrations for the children's picture book, "Celia and the Glue Man", and her first book, "I'm Mixed!", have received critical acclaim, with the latter receiving the 2018 Skipping Stones Honor Award for children's literature.

In 2021, Elizabeth's work "Under the Japanese Lilac" was purchased into the collection of the US National Park Service, an honor that highlights her rising profile in the art world. Her dedication to her craft and her ability to capture the beauty in everyday moments have made Elizabeth a recognized and appreciated artist of our time.
