I adore flowers and love to observe and capture their details, textures and colours. I am a professional garden photographer and this desire to create this work came from a need to create more personally. I experimented for 2 years to get my technique of styling and photographing on a black background in natural low light, both to highlight the above and to convey my emotional connection to flowers. My low sidelighting conveys the emotion of light in the darkness; that feeling of emerging light signifying hope and change and that good things can come from dark times. I am represented by Will's Art Warehouse and exhibit annually at The Affordable Art Fairs with my largest framed works at A0 size.
