  • Biography
    I’m Alexandra Romano, a Toronto-based artist drawn to bold colour and expressive energy. My paintings are vibrant, conversational pieces that anchor a room and invite viewers into a world of movement, emotion, and imagination. Working in abstraction gives me the freedom to transform inspirations from nature, geometry, and everyday life into dynamic compositions. Whether using acrylics, oils, inks, or spray paint, I approach each piece with curiosity and experimentation. My process is intuitive and layered. I rely on unconventional tools and personal techniques to create depth and texture, letting each painting unfold naturally. Watching the work evolve—layer by layer—is a meditative experience for me, a moment of presence and joy that I hope resonates with those who collect and live with my art.
