Original artwork description
Whisper in Sepia is built from a few long movements of the brush. A woman’s profile appears without being outlined directly, while the same flowing lines become her hair, face and neck.
I chose sepia ink for its warmth and softness. It gives the minimalist portrait a quieter presence than black, while the open areas of paper allow the figure to breathe.
This original ink painting on paper is created by hand, signed and one of a kind.
