Original artwork description:

The Artwork represents a festive evening in the Florentine countryside. The young woman in the foreground is taken by her thoughts but "cuddles" in her hands a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino wine that she will soon enjoy with friends and loved ones. The sound of the saxophone that has just finished echoing in the coolness of the evening, the scent of the vineyards and the yellowed grass of the scorching days of August, all create a serene and mysterious atmosphere. The "Contemporary Figurative" style is interpreted among chiaroscuros with strong but earthy colours, to infuse the spectator with the fragrances and reverberations of the Tuscan hills.

Materials used:

Oil colors on canvas
