Original artwork description
The Unspoken Flow is an original black ink drawing on paper featuring two human profiles intertwined through layered, flowing brush movements.
I created the figures through broad gestures rather than fixed outlines, allowing each face to emerge gradually from the movement of the ink.
Some lines separate the two profiles while others pass through both figures, creating the feeling of a shared rhythm or an unspoken exchange between them. The contrast between dense black marks and untouched paper keeps the composition strong while leaving room for openness and movement.
The work explores the connection between two people through a simple visual language of line, gesture and negative space.
