The iconic piazza in Venice is given an impressionistic feel to it in this painting . oil on fine linen canvas . Having visited Venice in 2014 I noted the beautiful architecture . The piazza usually sees a fair amount of rain when the tide is high and hence the reason for boards around the piazza so people can walk without getting their feet wet . The area is always busy and bustling with tourists cramming their necks to get the best shots .reduced to 250 from 450 until 2nd sept
