I work intuitively, staining, stripping, and revealing the raw canvas to mirror how meaning shifts and figures emerge, overlap, and fade. Muted tones give way to sudden color — moments of presence in flux. By leaving parts of the canvas exposed, I honor time’s passage and the beauty found in change, loss, and renewal.
