Original artwork description:

Silver birches are a joy to paint, they seem so elegant so I painted this as a complement to my previous silver birch painting but this time with a less panoramic viewpoint. This was painted on an extremely cold yet sunny day. There had been a hard frost but the winter sun seems to further saturate the colours.
I have used Michael Harding oil paints on a linen canvas and the painting is not currently framed although I could arrange framing if desired.

Materials used:

Oil on linen canvas
