Sometimes life resembles a pantomime: you don’t (or cannot, for various reasons) say what you think, yet you carry on performing as if everything is perfectly in place.
The unsaid stays where it belongs, while the body finds its own way out. Gestures and movements take over, occasionally revealing more than intended.
A small private routine, like dancing in the kitchen, alone or in company, just enough to release the pressure and keep things moving while the world rearranges itself.
Not so different from what artists do, really: saying things without quite saying them with words.
