🎭 MARIONETTE – CONTROLLED DESTINY

🔶 MY VISION:
With this sculpture, I wanted to explore the psychological tension between control and independence, transforming the classic concept of puppetry into a poignant figurative allegory.
The artwork captures a larger, stylized human figure holding a cross-bar control, actively guiding the movements of a smaller, delicate marionette figure below.
The contrast between the dominant, focused master and the fragile, responding puppet is synthesized into raw, semi-abstract planes where elongated limbs and mechanical gestures create a calculated structural balance.
Through this tense interaction and a rich bronze patina, I froze a sense of unseen strings, personal agency, and the complex forces that shape human fate above a solid, polished black bronze base.
