🎭 LION – GUARDIANS OF KNOWLEDGE 🦁

🔶 MY VISION:
With this bronze sculpture, I wanted to merge high art with functional design, creating a piece that is both a beautiful addition to an interior and a practical book holder.
The artwork captures the majestic anatomy of a lion, split into a continuous architectural balance of mass and space. One half embodies the powerful head and heavy, textured mane, while the other features the sleek, muscular hindquarters.
Through this artistic simplification and rich bronze patina, I wanted to evoke the timeless symbolism of the king of animals—the ancient guardian of castles, chateaux, and noble coats of arms.
It explores how a functional object can project sovereign power, unyielding stability, and a sense of strong symbolic protection for your most valued books.
