In my figurative works my intent is to get beyond the regular boring interpretation of the human body. I'm always trying to include something unspoken, sometimes a tease or a mystery, so to make viewer going behind the obvious. This work is not connected immediately to the Saroyan's story. It's more like the Romeo and Juliette's one. It tells a story and the story is finished by the viewer.

This painting is done in the technique of charcoal and acrylics on textured canvas. The edges are painted in gray. The painting measures 100 x 60 cm. It is lacquered with protective varnish.
