Welcome to my Artfinder Collection. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries. I can ship internationally but will need to find out shipping costs for countries not covered in the shipping profile. Please email me your address and I will get a quote.

I am a figurative artist living in rural East Sussex, England. Much of my work is inspired by the nearby Ashdown Forest where I frequently walk my dog, sketchbook in hand. Spring and early summer is such an exciting time there as nature thrives with new life, colour and light. The unique tree clumps of the forest, winding paths, wild flowers, moorland and spectacular views draw me there like a magnet. Every day has a different mood and atmosphere, whether it’s bitingly cold, blusteringly windy, soft and hazy, calm and still, dry and parched, or simply wet!

Closer to home I’m surrounded by farmland, woods, nature walks and country lanes.  I’m drawn to the beauty of what I once took for granted – a hedgerow of cow parsley, a bed of wild garlic or simply wild flowers along the roadside.

Still life increasingly inspires me, particularly when it relates to food – a subject that I have worked with all through my career as a food writer and stylist. I see beauty in ingredients which I love to try and capture with paint. Most of my work is in oils, though I am increasingly experimenting with mixed media.
