Original artwork description
Painted on-site in Minneapolis, MN. Features an autumn Maple tree with an arching sweep of foliage in lemon yellow, golden yellow, yellow-green, and topped with a blush of deep orange-red. The tree is set against a hillside of green grass, shrubs, and fallen leaves. Painted on board with oil over casein paint. The running and dripping effects are created with casein paint, which dries to a soft, matte finish and contrasts with the oil paint.
