Yellow Bungalow is a miniature 6 x 6” acrylic painting on gesso panel.
The building is around the corner from my home and on this bright sunny morning took a photo of it mainly because of the colours, but also the strong geometry of the composition.
Christopher Witchall’s unsentimental approach to his subjects combine traditional painting techniques with the realism and cool detachment of photography.
