Winter In The Mountains (2026) Original Oil Painting by Boris Serdyuk

AAA6895
Oil on cardboard Winter In The Mountains captures a luminous mountain landscape covered in fresh snow. Dark evergreen trees rise from the slope, while distant violet mountains stretch beneath a bright turquoise sky filled with soft clouds. Long blue shadows across the snow create depth and lead the eye through the composition, emphasizing the spaciousness and quiet beauty of winter nature.

The artist uses expressive impasto and confident brushwork to build the scene through bold masses of color and texture. Rich greens, deep blues, violet, turquoise, and white form vivid contrasts, while the thick application of oil gives the snow, trees, and mountains a tactile presence. The strong rhythm of the trees and the glowing sky create an energetic yet peaceful atmosphere.

This original oil on cardboard artwork will appeal to collectors who appreciate winter, mountains, landscape, snow, forest, trees, nature, sky, clouds, shadows, impasto, texture, color, and atmosphere. Winter In The Mountains combines expressive technique with the grandeur and serenity of a snowy mountain wilderness.
