I, as a native Russian, can well remember when Putin suddenly came to power on May 7, 2000 out of nowhere. Hardly anyone knew who he was and what he was up to. A lot of time has passed since then and he is still where he was ...! He is one of the most powerful people in the world and this person is still in the public focus with many rumors and criticism because of his autocratic governance. With this work I'm asking a question that still preoccupies many of us, namely:
