Original artwork description
Weightless was inspired by the feeling of weightlessness, that brief moment when movement becomes silence.
The figure seems suspended between earth and sky, carried by an invisible current. I wanted to create a sense of freedom, fragility, and trust in the unknown. The soft palette and layered surface allow the dancer to emerge gradually from the atmosphere, almost becoming part of it.
Rather than depicting a specific story, this painting invites the viewer to bring their own memories and emotions into the work. For me, it is about those moments when we step beyond certainty and discover something lighter within ourselves.
