Tranquil at Dusk (2026) Original Acrylic Painting by Chrissie Havers

An original landscape painting on a panel. 30x30cms

Framed and ready to hang, the bespoke wood frame is painted soft white with an inner slip to enhance the colours in the painting.

I wanted to get the feeling of that softened East Anglian light late on in the afternoon ,so used a palette of dusky pinks and mauves that harmonise together with a dramatic strip of a darker mauve across the hedge line. I decided on a mid teal blue for the path area. In the end I thought that the overall effect was very peaceful and serene.

The painting is shipped wrapped in several protective layers and is the put into a sturdy cardboard box.

I always send my paintings by tracked courier for extra security.
