Artwork inspired by the strong suggestions sparked in an evening spent with a storyteller in the alleys of Siena, one of the most beautiful and mysterious cities in Italy, rich in history, secrets, traditions and curious legends that also tell of frightening creatures and chilling stories. A very special curiosity concerns a stone, the Sator palindrome, also known as the magic square, located externally on the Cathedral of Siena: it bears a mysterious phrase that remains the same, even when read backwards.
