In this painting, I tried to capture a moment of serene silence amidst the bustle of city life. This artwork invites the viewer to plunge into a world where the ordinary becomes extraordinary under the play of night light and shadow.
In the foreground of the composition, there is a white stool, flooded with the gentle light of a street lamp. This is a symbol of quiet contemplation, an invitation to stop and reflect in the midst of the constant movement of life. The cobblestone street beneath it adds texture to the scene, hinting at the history and stories these streets have witnessed over time.
A bright yellow building stands out against the night sky. This visible contrast between the white stool and the bright house reminds us that even in the darkest moments there is always a beacon of light.
