Stand Out in the Crowd (2026) Original Oil Painting by Michele Wallington

Here in the Cotswolds we have fields of bright sunflowers which have inspired me to paint! This one is near the beautiful NT village of Coleshill and is painted using water mixable oil paints.
The tall sunflower stood out from the rest, so I emphasised its stature against the slightly stormy sky in shades of cerulean blue & grey/ lilac sky and called it 'stand out from the crowd', perhaps to resonate with someone too ;)

Comes framed in a white painted floater frame ready to hang
