Hot off the press, released on the day of this legendary Manchester United and England World Cup-winning footballer's funeral in Manchester (and that was a coincidence - I didn't plan it that way!).
This limited edition is hand-printed by the artist (not a reproduction) using artists' quality oil-based ink, on 130 gsm acid-free archival Clairefontaine Simili Japon paper.
The actual image is approximately 9 x 14cm.
The print is sold unframed, for ease and economy of shipping. However, it is despatched in a commercially manufactured mount set, which comprises a mitre-cut mount, backing board and cellophane bag.
You can choose between two mount options, by indicating your preference at the time of purchase. Please refer to the images of the mounted prints provided with this listing. The options are:
A. 8 x 6" (20 x 15cm) mount in slightly textured off-white, or
B. 9 x 7" (23 x 18cm) mount in black, with white core
So not only is your purchase all ready to present as a gift (and wouldn't it make a wonderful gift for a football fan) but the mount set, together with other robust packaging, protects the print during shipping.
The print paper size is 17.5 x 13 cm for Option A and 20.5 x 16cm for Option B. There is plenty of margin for framing and the mount set can be discarded, if you have other plans for the print.
