Original artwork description:

This diptych consists of two canvases, the first one measuring 100x100x3.5 cm and the second one measuring 70x100x3.5 cm. It's possible to hang them on the wall together, slightly spaced, or even separately. The vibrant color palette featuring shades of yellow, purple, and blue/green gives tremendous strength to my work. I find the combination of the yellow armchair and purple banana leaves to be a joyful harmony, engaging in a complementary play of colors. The presence of the armchair evokes a human element, inviting viewers to sit down and establish a connection with nature, but only if they respect its laws.

I exhibited this piece in May 2023 at the prestigious and stunning Orangery of San Sisto in Rome, an institutional venue of the Municipality of Rome. If purchased, I will include the catalog. My technique involves two distinct stages: first, pouring colors onto the canvases to achieve a pleasing liquidity, while carefully harmonizing three colors that interact harmoniously. The second stage entails finding a suitable subject for my artwork.

Materials used:

Acrylic, enamel and resin
