The idea of this painting comes from a view of the countryside around my hometown. I saw a group of trees placed in a row and imagined how they could look like in a surreal way. I put myself, my girlfriend and a baby in contrast with the 'procession' of the trees and let a large field of crops separate the two souls of the artwork.
