I am always delighted by the tendency of birds to sit on top of man made things, telephone poles and roof peaks, some sitting contentedly, some surveying the surroundings. What I loved about these pigeons was that they all had such different distinct personalities. I was also intrigued by the texture of the two different wall sections, and the way the light fell on each surface in a different way.
